Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Section 1 — Binding Agreement

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) and must register using your own genuine personal information.
• You must not already hold an active 2u77 account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order with 2u77 or any affiliated platform. If you have previously self-excluded, contact support at [email protected] before attempting to register a new account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and must not be using 2u77 in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 2u77 is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration and Security

Section 4 — Your Account Obligations

When you register an account with 2u77, you take on certain obligations relating to the accuracy of your information, the security of your login credentials, and the appropriate use of the account. The following provisions apply to all registered 2u77 accounts.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. This includes your full name, date of birth, and Bangladeshi mobile number. 2u77 reserves the right to request verification documents to confirm any information provided.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your password with any third party. 2u77 will never ask for your password.
• You must notify 2u77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised. 2u77 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.
• 2u77 accounts are for personal use only. You must not transfer, sell, or allow any other person to use your account. Commercial exploitation of an account, including the use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform, is strictly prohibited.
• 2u77 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct. In cases of fraudulent activity, any funds in the affected account may be forfeited.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

Section 5 — Financial Transactions

2u77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the supported payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the 2u77 platform.

• The minimum deposit at 2u77 is ৳200. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, though 2u77 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at any time. Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 2u77 reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• 2u77 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made via Bangladesh local payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which 2u77 accepts no responsibility.
• All funds deposited into a 2u77 account must originate from a payment source registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits from third-party sources are not permitted. 2u77 reserves the right to return funds to the source and close the account if this condition is breached.
• 2u77 processes most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad within 10 minutes. Processing times for other methods may vary. 2u77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or technical issues outside the platform's control.

Bonus Terms and Promotional Offers

Section 6 — Welcome Bonus and Other Promotions

2u77 offers a 200% welcome bonus to new players on their first qualifying deposit, together with other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• The 200% welcome bonus is available to new players who register a first account at 2u77 and make a qualifying first deposit. The bonus is credited automatically to the player's account wallet. No bonus code is required.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for the 2u77 welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may only be used for real-money gameplay on 2u77 and may not be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn as cash prior to the wagering requirement being satisfied in full. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in the wallet and are applied in accordance with the platform's bonus handling logic.
• 2u77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, except where the player is in the middle of an active wagering requirement for an already-claimed bonus.
• Where 2u77 determines that a player has abused the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, or using the bonus in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play — 2u77 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Promotional offers at 2u77 are intended for recreational players only. Players who 2u77 determines to be professional gamblers, syndicates, or arbitrage bettors may be excluded from promotional offers at 2u77's sole discretion. This determination is made on a case-by-case basis and is not subject to appeal.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Section 7 — Platform Rules of Use

All users of 2u77 are required to use the platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2u77 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Using any automated software, robot, spider, script, or other tool to interact with 2u77 in any manner not sanctioned by the platform, including but not limited to automated betting, screen scraping, or data harvesting.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, glitch, or technical vulnerability on the 2u77 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided. Players who discover a bug or glitch are required to report it to [email protected] immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any other activity intended to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market available on 2u77. Such conduct will result in immediate account termination and may be referred to law enforcement.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during the registration process, KYC verification, or any subsequent account communication with 2u77 support staff.
• Using the 2u77 platform for any purpose that violates applicable law, including but not limited to money laundering, financing of terrorism, fraud, or any other criminal activity. 2u77 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in all relevant jurisdictions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from 2u77 without our express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 2u77's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

Section 10 — Exclusions and Caps on Liability

Amendments and Governing Law

Where material changes are made, 2u77 will endeavour to notify registered account holders by displaying a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the registered mobile number. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining funds before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law, as applied in the context of online gaming and digital financial services. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English. Pending resolution of any dispute, the Player's account may be temporarily suspended and funds held in escrow.
